In this hands-on Bee Prepared Academy workshop, kids learn how to step up and help in everyday emergencies with confidence and care. Led by a Bloom Pediatrics Nurse or Nurse Practitioner, First Aid Squad introduces essential safety skills in a fun, age-appropriate way.

Participants will learn when it’s important to call 911, how to respond to someone who is injured,

and how to properly care for minor wounds like cuts and scrapes. The workshop also covers how

to prevent and treat common outdoor injuries, helping kids stay safe while they play and explore.

To bring it all together, kids will get a guided tour of a real first aid kit—learning what each item is used for and how to use it correctly.

Each participant will receive their own Bloom Pediatrics First Aid Kit to take home, so they can continue practicing their skills and be ready to help when it matters most.
