A Support Group for the Early Years

Whether you are looking for guidance on feeding your baby or seeking fellowship with other moms, Milk Chat is the place for you!

This peer-to-peer support group helps mothers of babies and toddlers navigate the unique joys and challenges of early parenting.

The group is led by Sarah Purcell, a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Sarah brings a powerful combination of professional pediatric nutrition knowledge and real-world experience as a mom of three to every session.

Moms and newborn babies are welcome to attend. Drop in for community, support, and baby socializing.
